Fall 2009 New Products Joint Hardener & Paver Sealer  Tamarron Technology has an alternative to the high cost of polymeric sand in this tough economy. Instead of using bulky bags of sand (at a high cost) for the joints in your next paving project, just spray the Joint Hardener & Paver Sealer across the pavers and the joints. This water-based product soaks into the sand and then hardens the sand in the joints. This will prevent sand washout, joint deterioration and helps prevent weeds from growing in the joints, the company says. Tamarron Technology claims the Joint Hardener & Paver Sealer will last as long as polymeric sand at a much lower cost. It also allows installers to use any color of sand necessary to match the pavers. This could be a major advantage in the bidding process.
