MarchApril 2008 Industry News Business Briefs: Bowyer-Singleton Associates Bowyer-Singleton Associates, an Orlando, Fla.-based civil engineering firm, announced recently that one of its landscape architects has earned LEED certification. Laurie Elder, RLA, a 10-year veteran in her field, earned her certification earlier this year. Additionally, the full-service firm has opened a new office in the Tampa Bay region, known as the Sun Coast branch. The firm says the new location offers a full range of services, including surveying and mapping, land development planning, and environmental and civil engineering services.
