I started in Masonry at 18 years old as a laborer. I moved to operator and then Mason. I operated my own Masonry business for 16 years as well, Before returning to Lang Masonry. Since returning to Lang masonry I have run work as a Superintendent, managed projects as a PM and moved to General Superintendent position. I currently am senior General Superintendent and am in charge of two other General Supers, day to day operations, hiring and manpower placement.
