Cubellis, a national architecture, interior design and engineering services firm has opened a new office in Dallas, Texas. The office will be led by Scott Windle, AIA, who will serve as principal, national Restaurant Business Unit leader. Windle will lead a team of 19 professionals focused on restaurant design, as well as residential, retail centers and hotel design services. MD
