F&S Partners and SmithGroup

Dallas-based F&S Partners, an architectural firm that specializes in the design of educational, recreational and religious facilities, is merging with SmithGroup, the oldest continually operating AEC firm in the country. F&S will be renamed SmithGroup/F&S, and all of the firm’s employees will retain their current positions. SmithGroup President and CEO, Carl Roehling, FAIA, said the merger would help his firm build strong relationships with Texas universities.
