The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) has elected new leadership. Andrew W. Prescott, AIA, is the newly elected president, having served previously as first vice president and treasurer. Kenneth J. Naylor, AIA, has moved into the first vice president position, and Scott C.
