Winners are chosen based on feedback scores from the firm’s clients in the areas of communications, innovation, performance, and cost-efficiencies. Since PSMJ established its client-evaluation research tool in 2009, PSMJ has surveyed more than 20,000 clients of firms operating globally in the AEC industry and has recognized the top firms with the highest client satisfaction scores.
