ITW Launches 'Building Green' Program for Architects & Specifiers

ITW, Inc.’s Performance Polymers & Fluids Group has introduced a coordinated “Building Green” program that streamlines the process of sourcing LEED-compliant products for architects and construction specifiers.

Debuting at the Construct and CSI Convention at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia May 12 -14, 2010, the purpose behind ITW’s Building Green program is to assist architects and construction specifiers in maximizing LEED points in new construction by providing a “one-stop” source for certified green products. The company says, Building Green gives specifiers quick and easy access to the ITW companies in the Performance Polymers & Fluids Group that produce coatings, sealants and adhesives for the construction market that meet the LEED Standard.

The ITW Construction Products Companies that are members of the Building Green program are Pacific Polymers, ITW TACC, ER Systems, ITW Resin Technologies, ITW American Safety Technologies, Schnee-Morehead, PolySpec, Futura Coatings, and Densit. For additional information visit www.itw.com.
